Automating direct mail ordering increased order four-fold

The process of taking direct mail orders from Amerprise Financial advisors via fax was inefficient and extremely time consuming. PrimeNet needed a more automated way of receiving orders and increasing the orders processed per day.

To solve the problem, PrimeNet’s technical support team created a website that generated more orders in the first week than PrimeNet had received in a month. Working jointly with the marketing and compliance department of American Express, a thorough website was developed containing all compliance copy and mail packages available for all Financial Advisors to use.

Simple, fast and easy

Here is how it works. The client provides corporate approved copy for their direct mail. PrimeNet provides a variety of direct mail packages that the copy can be placed on. Customization and ordering is done completely online.

As a result PrimeNet is still the only vendor who provides a web ordering service for the Ameriprise Financials.

Not only can the advisors view the corporate approved copy and mail packages on the Internet, but they can also download a PDF that has the same information with an order form they can fax.
